<div data-v-5701e41f="">Key Responsibilities - Manage the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering and planning through implementation, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, issues and delivery milestones to ensure successful project delivery. - Coordinate business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors, while providing regular project updates and managing dependencies, risks and issues. - Support vendor evaluation, selection, contracting and delivery governance activities, and manage vendor performance to ensure delivery quality and timelines. - Support IT budget planning, budget tracking and project cost management activities. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and improvement opportunities. - Translate business requirements into practical product requirements and solution proposals, and prioritize demands based on business value, feasibility and implementation considerations. - Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes and digital solutions. Skills - Strong experience in managing digital or technology projects throughout the full project lifecycle, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget. - Excellent understanding of SDLC methodologies, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery approaches. - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to manage changing priorities, risks and dependencies. - Strong product thinking and business analysis capability, including requirement gathering, demand prioritization and solution evaluation. - Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical product requirements and solution proposals. - Experience in vendor evaluation, vendor management, contract negotiation and project cost management activities. - Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies, including AI and automation capabilities.
