Develop an automated system for statistical data analysis Assess the impact of different variables on the reliability of systems (vendor to vendor, site to site, system to system, and reference designator and location correlation to failure) Learn the time-to-failure for different components and identify the failure modes Identifying the TO corner cases/ outliers based on spec limits or Feature/Parametric analysis and time series degradaionto mitigate early failures in NPlField. - Focus on TO to NPl., then to field correlation, with the main objective to reduce early field failures Requirements Skills .Have a basic understanding of the physics behind material properties (mechanical, electrica, optical and material science) Strong programming skills (such as Matlab, Python, etc.) for statistical data analysis Familiarity with libraries such as scikit-learn. Knowledge of Tableau dashboarding and data querying is a plus. *Advanced programming skills in image processing and machine learning are a plus Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus Familiarity with libraries for time series analysis, such as Stats-models or Prophet, is a plus Experience with healthcare data or domain-specific knowledge is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Dynamic and "can do” attitude engineer with the dream to work with a phenomenal team and product Education Pursuing or graduated with a Master/PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
