# Qualifications 任职要<span class="PZyieEsJ">求</span> 1. Entrepreneurial mindset. 具备创<span class="EzMwTZQ">boss</span>业思维。 2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines; minimum 3 years of progressive finance/accounting experience gained from the Big Four. 会计、财务、经济学、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历；拥有四大会计师事务所 3 年以上稳步晋升的财务 / 会计相关工作经验。 3. Can be in the path for qualification; proficient in HK GAAP, PRC GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS, together with relevant reporting requirements; prior US and Hong Kong IPO audit experience is required. 可处于资质考取阶段；精通香港会计准则、中国企业会计准则、美国会计准则、国际财务报告准则及相关披露要求；必须具备美股、港股 IPO 审计经验。 4. Strong business acumen and logical thinking, very good communications and interpersonal skills, with proven experience leading a team of 5+ members. 具备敏锐的商业洞察⼒与逻辑思维能⼒，优秀的沟通及⼈际交往能力，有带领 5 人及以上团队的实战经验。 5. Familiar with bank payment and billing operations. 熟悉银⾏收付款及结算业务流程。 6. Eagerness to learn new digital & software skills for accounting in the AI era, and willing to use AI to cope with the latest industry developments. 主动学习人工智能时代财会领域数字化工具与软件技能，愿意运用人工智能应对行业最新发展趋势。 7. Comfortable with frequent travel and stakeholder engagement. 适应高频出差，善于对接各方合作方。 8. Fluent in spoken and written English. 英语口语及书面表达流利。 9. Sound knowledge of PRC taxation; familiarity with Hong Kong taxation is a bonus. 扎实掌握中国税务知识，熟悉香港税务者优先。
