Responsibilities: • Supplier sourcing & development: identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for robotic lawn mower components (mainly PCBs); drive RFQs, technical/commercial alignment, supplier nomination, and supplier-release audits. • Project procurement: lead procurement activities and support the Suzhou R&D center from concept to SOP (samples, tooling, pilot builds, ramp-up); ensure milestones for cost, quality, and delivery in cooperation with R&D, SQE, and the material planner. • Cost & contract management: conduct price analysis and negotiations; prepare sourcing decisions; ensure contract/PO compliance. • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with R&D, SQE, the material planner, and the robotic lawn mower project team; focus on development needs from the Suzhou R&D center, such as AI boards, MCU boards, and RTK modules. • Supplier management: manage supplier performance with SQE/Logistics; drive issue closure and business continuity; conduct supplier risk assessments; maintain positive supplier relationships. • Market intelligence & reporting: monitor commodity market trends, key suppliers, and technologies; provide sourcing-strategy input and regular status reports to management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related majors. Experience in the robotics field is a strong plus. • Experience in the autonomous driving or robotics industry. Familiar with the IPD (Integrated Product Development) process and able to integrate agile development methods, flexibly supporting procurement needs across different R&D stages (such as proof of concept and solution design). • Technical procurement capability in: Main Control Chips (SoC);Memory Chips; Communication Chips; Power & Motor Control; Embodied Intelligence Hardware • Strong negotiation, cost analysis and contract management skills; structured, data-driven, target-oriented; able to work under pressure. • Good communication skills in Chinese and English; strong teamwork mindset; based in Suzhou; able to travel frequently.
